摘要
目的:探讨谷氨酰胺对肠道的免疫调节作用。资料来源:应用计算机检索Pubmed1985-01/2005-10和ProQuest1995-01/2004-10的相关文章,检索词“glutamine,dipeptiven(N(2)-L-Alanyl-L-Glutamine),parenteralnutrition,immunenutrition,immuneresponse,bowelmucosal,stress,traumaticbraininjury”,并限定语言种类为English。资料选择:筛除以上资料中非随机临床试验的、非免疫营养的、非应激状态的研究,剩余结果通过手工及光盘检索全文。资料提炼:检索文献66篇,涉及谷氨酰胺肠道代谢,肠外营养,免疫营养,肠道免疫反应,肠黏膜,应激,颅脑损伤,力肽制剂等。排除36篇,纳入30篇。资料综合:生理状态下谷氨酰胺有特殊营养作用,各种应激或病理条件下可维持肠道正常的免疫功能,补充外源性谷氨酰胺有生理学意义。结论:谷氨酰胺的特殊营养作用,被认为是机体应激状态下的“条件必需氨基酸”,对于调节应激状态下的细胞代谢和细胞免疫功能有重要作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the immunoloregulation effect of glutamine (Gin) on intestines.
DATA SOURCES: A computer-based search of related articles published in English from January 1985 to October 2005 in Pubmed and ProQuest was performed with the key words of "glutamine,dipeptiven (N(2)-L-Alanyl-LGlutamine),parenteral nutrition,immune nutrition,immune response,bowel mucosal, stress,traumatic brain injury".
STUDY SELECTION: A total of 66 literatures about effect of Gin on metabolism of intestines, nutrien of external intestines, immunological nutrien, immunologic reaction of intestines, intesting mucous membrane, stress, craniocerebral injury and litai agent etc. were retrieved. 36 ones were excluded and 30 ones were included.
DATA SYNTHESIS: Glu had a special nutrien under physiological condition and could maintain normal immunological function under stress or pathological condition and there was physiological significance in ectogenesis Gin.
CONCLUSION: The specific nutritional effects of Gin is taken as "condition essential amino acid" under stress, and plays a significant role in adjusting cellular metabolism and cellular immunological function under stress.
