摘要
目的:观察褐藻酸对高脂膳食小鼠血脂水平和抗氧化能力的影响。方法:实验于2004-03/07在中南大学公共卫生学院测试中心完成,选择昆明种小鼠40只,随机分为4组,即对照组、高脂模型组及褐藻酸0.2,0.5mg/g组,每组10只。对照组每日给予普通饲料;高脂模型组每日给予高脂饲料(2%胆固醇、0.4%胆盐、10.0%猪油、87.6%普通饲料);褐藻酸0.2,0.5mg/g组小鼠在每日给予高脂饲料的同时,分别给予褐藻酸0.2,0.5mg/g,喂饲6个月。分别于实验第1周及6个月末,经小鼠眼球采血测定血清三酰甘油、胆固醇、丙二醛含量。结果:纳入40只小鼠,全部进入结果分析,无脱失。①各组小鼠血清三酰甘油、胆固醇含量比较:喂养6个月后褐藻酸0.2,0.5mg/g组血清三酰甘油含量显著低于高脂模型组[(2.135±0.432),(2.059±0.172),(2.461±0.153)mmol/L(q=4.1162,4.5762,P<0.05~0.01)];褐藻酸0.2,0.5mg/g组血清胆固醇含量显著低于高脂模型组[(5.531±0.871,4.871±1.086,6.574±1.027)mmol/L(q=3.9971,4.6831,P<0.05~0.01)]。②各组小鼠血清丙二醛含量比较:喂养6个月后褐藻酸0.2,0.5mg/g组血清丙二醛含量显著低于高脂模型组[(2.325±0.267),(2.013±0.310),(2.571±0.654)μmol/g(q=1.2541,1.0833,P<0.05)]。结论:褐藻酸对高脂膳食致小鼠血脂升高有一定的抑制作用,同时亦有减少脂质过氧化反应的作用。
AIM: To discuss the effect of algin on level of blood lipid and ability of anti-oxidation in high-lipid food mice.
METHODS: The experiment was conducted at the Test Center, Public Health School, Central-south University from March to July 2004. Forty Kunming mices were selected and divided randomly into 4 groups: control group, hyperlipidemia model group, 0.2 and 0.5 mg/g algin groups with 10 mice in each group. The mice in the control group were treated with common feed. Those in the hyperlipidemia model group were given hyper-lipid feed every day (2% cholesterol, 0.4% bile salt, 10.0% lard and 87.6% common feed). Those in the 0.2 and 0.5 mg/g algin groups were given 0.2 and 0.5 mg/g algin, respectively when the mice were given high-lipid feed every day for 6 months. Blood was gained from the eyeballs of mice. Contents of serum triglycerides, cholesterol and malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured at the 1^st week and the end of the 6^th month.
RESULTS: Forty included mice were all involved in the result analysis, without drop-out mice. ①Comparison of contents of serum triglycerides and cholesterol of mice in every group: The content of serum triacylglycerol in the 0.2 and 0.5 mg/g algin groups was lower significantly than that in the hyperlipidemia model group after feeding for 6 months [(2.135±0.432, 2.059±0.172,2.461±0.153) mmol/L(q=4.116 2, 4.576 2, P 〈 0.05-0.01)]. The content of serum cholesterol in the 0.2 and 0.5 mg/g algin group was lower obviously than that in the hyperlipidemia model group [(5.531±0.871, 4.871±1.086, 6.574±1.027)mmol/L (q=3.997 1,4.683 1,P 〈 0.05-0.01 )].②Comparison of content of serum MDA of mice in every group: The content of serum MDA in the 0.2 and 0.5 mg/g algin group was lower markedly than that in the hyperlipidemia model group after feeding for 6 months [(2.325±0.267;2.013±0.310,2.571 ±0.654)μmol/g (q =1.254 1,1.083 3 ,P 〈 0.05)].
CONCLUSION: The algin has certain inhibition on increase of level of blood lipid of mice due to hyper-lipid food, meanwhile can reduce the effects on reaction of lipid peroxidation.
