摘要
目的:探讨治疗聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳术后并发症的安全有效方法。方法:利用肿胀技术的原理,在手术区域内,超量注射复方利多卡因配制液浸润麻醉后抽吸聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶18例。结果:肿胀手术区域后,抽吸聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶治疗其隆乳术后并发症安全可靠,操作简单,痛苦小,一般不留瘢痕,易被患者接受,疗效满意。结论:肿胀法抽吸聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶是处理其注射隆乳术后硬结等并发症的有效方法。
Objective To explore a safe and effective means which could treat the postoperative complications of augmentation mammoplasty by injecting polyaciylamide hydrogel （PAHG）. Methods According to the tumescent technique, a large of compound lidocaine was injected in the operative location. Complications of 18 cases accepted augmentation mammoplasty with PAHG injection were cured successfully. Results The method was safe for patients and easy for surgeons to operate with no scar.The patients are willing to accept it. Conclusion Aspirating PAHG after making the operative location tumescent is a effective method which can cure the postoperative complications of augmentation mammoptasty by injecting polyaciylamide hydrogel.
