摘要
目的:探讨PAHG清除术后即时假体隆乳术的可行性。方法:对380例注射PAHG丰乳术后数年,后遗乳房硬结、变形等并发症者,从乳晕入路进行清除手术。对其中乳腺、胸肌尚完整的300例,随即剥离出肌下腔隙,植入假体,操作中强调彻底止血、轻柔操作、无张力缝合和有效引流。结果:300例经过1年的随访,全部成功,整体满意,无包膜挛缩和假体移位病例,但有早期(术后8h内)术后出血2例,切口延迟愈合2例。结论:在PAHG清除术后,有选择性地进行即时假体隆乳术是可行的,也是安全、有效的。
Objective An evaluation of breast augmentation removed PAHG immediately were done. Methods There are subsequent harden, deformation etc in 380 patients injected PAHG for augmentation mammoplasty for years. To removing the material were done from mammary areola. Three hundred of 380 patients was taken implant immediately, the mammary gland and pectoral muscle are more good. The techniques are emphasized careful hemostasis, gentle handling of tissues, tension-free closure and fine drainage. Results Following one year, Total cases were good. There have been no infection or capsular contraction after described procedure. There have been 2cases of haemorrhagia early, There have been 2 cases by secondary intention. Conclusion To removing PAHG, breast augmentation elected is to do immediately. The safety and effect is evidenced by the date.
