摘要
采用室内饲养方法,研究氯氰菊酯杀虫剂对鲤鱼的亚急性毒性效应。鲤鱼幼鱼经急性毒性试验和0、0.28、0.58、1.14μg·L-1氯氰菊酯暴露35d后,测定生长指标并对鳃组织病理切片进行观察。结果表明,氯氰菊酯对鲤鱼幼鱼的96hLC50为12.6μg·L-1;在1.14μg·L-1浓度组,可以明显地观察到氯氰菊酯对鲤鱼生长的抑制作用,在0.58和1.14μg·L-1浓度组,可以观察到鳃组织有明显损伤。因此氯氰菊酯对鲤鱼的最大允许浓度为0.28~0.58μg·L-1。
Cypermethrin is a synthetic pyrethroid insecticide dealing with a wide range of pests in agriculture, public health and animal husbandry. Like the other synthetic pyrethroids, it has high toxicity to the aquatic ecosystem. In this experiment, acute toxicity experiment of cypermethrin to carp was carried out, and 35 d subacute exposure was also conducted to determine the damage to carp. The results showed that the LC50 of cypermethrin at 96 h for carp was 12.6 μg·L^-1.In the sub-acute exposure tests, the increase rates of length and weight offish receiving cypermethrin at a dose of 1.14 μg·L^-1 reduced by 10.1% and 32.0%, respectively, comparing with controls. Therefore a concentra- tion of cypermethrin of 1.14μg·L^-1 restrained the growth of carp. And via paraffin section, it can be observed the hyperplasia in gill epithelia and the twist of branchial lobule at 0.58 and 1.14μg·L^-1 cypermethrin dose. These tests illuminate that cypermethrin is a high-toxicity pesticide to carp. Making a comprehensive view of this experiment, it indicates that the NOEC of cypermethrin to carp is 0.58 μg·L^-1.
