摘要
通过清洁级昆明种小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验和染色体畸变试验,探讨了促性腺素释放素类似物5号(GnRH-A5)的致突变作用。研究结果表明,GnRH-A5试验组小鼠的微核率和染色体畸变率低于环磷酰胺对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),与阴性对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),说明GnRH-A5无致突变性。
To study the mutagenic action of GnRH-A5, the mouse PCE micronucleus test and chromosomal aberration analysis were done. The rate of PCE micronucleus cells and the chromosomal aberration rate of the GnRH-A5 group were lower than those of the positive control group. It is suggested that there was no mutagenic action of GnRH -A5.
