摘要
对实验室长期保存的两个盐藻株(Dunaliella salina)核糖体rDNA的ITS(internal transcribed space)序列(ITS1+5.8S rDNA+ITS2)用PCR技术扩增并克隆,经序列测定后,与从GenBank中获得的相关序列一起构建系统发育树.结果显示:其中一个(Dunaliella salinaSHU 01)与Dunaliella viridisCONC 002的距离最近,另一个(Dunaliella salinaSHU02)与Dunaliella salinaUTEX 1644的距离最近.因此分别命名为Dunaliella viridisSHU与Dunaliella salinaSHU.
The internal transcribed spaces (ITS) of the two Dunaliella sp. ( Dunaliella salina ) were cloned by PCR and sequenced. An ITS phylogenetic tree was constructed based on combination of sequence data set from GenBank. Based on this "tree", one ( Dunaliella salina SHU 01 ) was mostly close to Dunaliella vlridis CONC 002 and the other (Dunaliella salina SHU 02) was close to Dunaliella salina UTEX 1644. Therefore, Dunaliella salina SHU 01 is named as Dunaliella viridis SHU, and Dunaliella salina SHU 02 as Dunaliella salina SHU.
