摘要
使用有机溶剂萃取、明胶沉淀及大孔吸附树脂一次层析组合技术,分离纯化了中药虎杖组分鞣质;并研究了虎杖鞣质对-αD-葡萄糖苷酶、蔗糖酶、乳糖酶和α-淀粉酶的抑制活性,以探讨其降血糖机理.
This paper studies separation and purificatioon of tannin from polygonum cuspidatum （PCT） by chloroform recirculation, ethyl acetate extraction, gelatine precipitation and macroporous adsorbing resin chromatography, and inhibitory activity to α-D-glucosidase, invertase, lactase, α-amylase and the hypoglycemic effect mechanism of tannin.
