摘要
利胆一法的临床运用历史悠久,自《伤寒论》便有明确组方,目前主要应用于肝胆疾病的治疗。本着治病求本、异病同治的思想,利胆一法在临床中还有更广泛的运用。胆为联系女子胞与脏腑之间的纽带;胆与肝连,可有助于肝之疏泄;胆为中正之官,可参与胞宫开阖藏泄的调节。在妇科的临床中,合理使用利胆、清胆中药,可获得确切临床疗效。
With long history of clinical application, benefiting gallbladder method is mainly used to treat liver and gallbladder diseases. Based on principles of treating the root and treating different diseases with same method, benefiting gallbladder method has extensive clinical application. Gallbladder is the connection between uterus and internal organs. Gallbladder helps liver to ensure free flow of Qi. Gallbladder is the upright official, which can help opening and closing of uterus. When treating gynecological diseases, proper application of benefiting and clearing gallbladder herbs ensures good therapeutic effect.
