摘要
采用分步加入均相沉淀剂一尿素的方法制备了云母钛珠光颜料。实验主要研究了尿素加入量、反应温度、反应体系pH值、钛液浓度、加料速度和搅拌速度等因素对产品性能的影响，得出了最佳工艺条件。
The titanium - mica pearly pigment was prepared by the method which joined homogeneous deposit - urea in batched. The article studied on the effect of process conditions on product property, such as the joining amount of the urea, reaction temperature, reacted pH value, the titanium fluid density, dropping speed, stirring rate and so on. The best process condition was obtained.
