New progress of polymerase chain reaction technology

摘要 介绍了实时定量RT-PCR的原理、方法和应用,包括SYBR Green I、AmpliSensor、Lightcycle技术和Complex探针技术;同时还对原位PCR技术的原理、方法和应用,简并PCR的原理、方法和应用作了综述。 Polymerase chain reaction technology has developed into a classic experimental method in molecular biology and genetics field and so on. This paper introduced the principle, method and application of Real Time Quantitative RT-PCR which includes SYBR Green I, AmpliSensor, Lightcycle and Complex technologies, In Situ PCR and Degenerate PCR.
