摘要
用含不同浓度甘氨酸铜、复合氨基酸铜的培养基培养大丽轮枝菌、尖孢镰刀菌、长蠕孢类病菌、灰葡萄孢菌、贝伦格葡萄座腔菌,考察氨基酸铜对几种植物病原真菌生长的抑制作用.结果表明甘氨酸铜、复合氨基酸铜均有一定的抑菌作用,其中甘氨酸铜作用效果较好.
Different concentrations of two different consistency fungicides: cupric complexes of glycine and cupric complexes of mixed amino-acid were supplemented to the media to culture Verticillium dahliae Kleb, Fusarium oxysporum Schl. f. sp. vasinfectum (Ark,) Snyder et Hansen, Fusarium oxysporum f. cucumerinure Owen, Helminthosporium turcicum , Botrytis cinerea Per, Botryosphaeria berengeriana f. sp. piricola . And their inhibiting effects on these six kinds of plant pathogenic fungi were determined. The results indicated that two fungicides both assumed inhibiting effect on six plant pathogenic fungi mentioned above, but cupric complexes of glycine was apparently better than the mixed cupric amino-acid complexes.
