摘要
为了研究糖尿病人群中血清胰岛素水平与血压之间存在相关性与否，我们在大庆市１２０例Ⅱ型糖尿病人群中（男性６６例，女性５４例，年龄５１．２±８．９岁，ＢＭＩ２５．６０±２．９５）进行了横断面调查。结果显示ＮＩＤＤＭ患者血压与空腹胰岛素水平及收缩压与餐后１小时胰岛素水平存在显著正相关。
A cross-sectional study on the relationship between serum insulin level and blood pressure in 120 type Ⅱ diabetics(M66,F54;aged 51.2±8.9yr,with BMI 25.7±2.9)was carried out in Daqing City,Heilongjiang Province.Results:①In NIDDM with hypertension serum insulin levels were significantly higher(P<0.05) and insulin sensitivity indexes remarkably lower(P<0.01) than those in NIDDM with normotension.②Both systolic and diastolic pressures were significantly positively correlated with fasting insulin levels.③The systolic pressure remained significatly positively correlated with 1h postprandial insulin levels in NIDDM which was independent of age,BMI,glucose,or lipids.
