摘要
现代认知心理学研究表明,抑制失能是注意力缺损多动障碍的核心缺损,抑制功能落后不仅可以解释注意力缺损多动障碍儿童的分心、冲动和多动,而且还能说明延迟满足能力落后的原因。正是延迟满足能力的落后导致了ADHD自我管理行为的缺损,行为效率降低,和情绪控制的发展性落后。本文根据反应抑制功能落后的特点和延迟满足能力的落后,设计认知-行为训练来进行干预。
Modem cognitive psychologists regard response inhibition as the core deficit of ADHD, the function can not only explain some behaviors of ADHD children, but also explain the cause of the lagged ability of delay of gratification. The lagged ability of delay of gratification of ADHD not only leads to the deficit of self - management of behavior, and but also causes the low development of emotional control. Cognition - behavior training could be used to interfere the ability of delay of gratification of ADHD children.
