摘要
本文在分析当前中小学校长培训目标和特点的基础上,结合自身实践,对“导、学、议、访、研”培训模式的含义,构建依据,实施过程和应遵循的原则进行了讨论。实践证明,这一模式能够有效的提高中小学校长培训的实效性。
On the basis of analyzing objectives and characteristics of middle and primary school headmaster training, the writer builds the training modal of ＂guiding, learning, exchanging, observing and researching＂ combined with self-practice. This article discusses the training modal from four aspects： meaning, construction foundation, executing process and abiding rules. Practice has proved that the training model can improve the efficiency of middle and primary school headmaster training.
