摘要
本文在分析当前中小学校长培训目标和特点的基础上,结合自身实践,对“导、学、议、访、研”培训模式的含义,构建依据,实施过程和应遵循的原则进行了讨论。实践证明,这一模式能够有效的提高中小学校长培训的实效性。
On the basis of analyzing objectives and characteristics of middle and primary school headmaster training, the writer builds the training modal of "guiding, learning, exchanging, observing and researching" combined with self-practice. This article discusses the training modal from four aspects: meaning, construction foundation, executing process and abiding rules. Practice has proved that the training model can improve the efficiency of middle and primary school headmaster training.
