摘要
本研究采用ＭＴＴ法对顺铂、卡铂、阿霉素及自行研制的卡铂微囊、阿霉素徽囊进行了体外药物敏感性试验，发现阿霉素抗肿瘤作用强；采用本法制作微囊对药物的抗肿瘤活性无明显影响；延长药物的作用时间可以增强卡铂的作用；顺铂和卡铂在化疗中的作用无明显差异。
n this study,MTT assay was used to tcstify the ant icancer proocrty of CDDP,Carboplat in,ADM and Carboplat in microcapsule,ADM microcapsule made by ourselves.The results show ADM has the highest RAA,in the other words,it has the best effect on cancer.The effects of ADM microcapsule and Carboplat in microcapsule were approximately equal to ADM and Carboplat in respect ively,The results told us the effect of carboplat in microcapsule was related with the affected time,It sugges ted that chemoembolization may be an effective method to treat malignant tumors.
