摘要 介绍了烧结厂选用轻烧白云石与自熔粉作为提Mg原料,进行烧结矿试验与生产的对比分析情况。研究两种提Mg原料对烧结技经指标的影响,以确定较合适的提Mg原料,尽量减少对烧结不良影响,以生产高MgO烧结矿。 This paper enunciates the sinter experiment process which is supposed to raise Mg content in sinter, to choose the raw materials from the slightly burned dolomite fines and the fusibility ore , as well as analyzing in contrast circumstances of both experiment and producing line. Two kinds of Mg content raw materials are studied to influence sintering technique - economic indices, to select the reasonable Mg - rich raw materials, and to reduce the negative effect to sintering, so as to produce high - MgO sinter as far as possible.
