摘要
本文应用PAP法包埋前染色对20例不同类型胃癌组织细胞内的MG_7、MG_9、MGd_1相应抗原分布进行了超微结构的定位研究,17例为阳性。初步探讨了此类肿瘤相关抗原可能的合成,分泌运输途径,为临床应用胃癌单克隆抗体开展导向治疗及免疫显像诊断提供了态学依据。
A study on the ultrastructural localisation of MG 7,MG9 and MGd1 antigens in the cells of 20 cases of gastric Cancer of varions types, Using pre-embedding PAP stain method, was carried out. 17 cases wase showed to be positive. The possible approach of synthesis, secretion and transportation of these tumor-associated andigens was investigeted preliminarily. This provided morpholegical basis for the development of targeting treatment and immunological image diagnosis, using monoclonal antibodies against gastric cancers in the clinic.
