摘要
美国政府采购及其立法的成功经验,对于在政府采购方面刚刚起步的中国来说,颇具实践与立法上的借鉴意义。本文就我国《政府采购法》与美国政府采购法律制度的异同做了深入的比较分析。
China was just underway of government procurement,so there are rich experiences in the practice and legislation of American government procurement legal system that we can use for reference. This essay makes a comparison between newly promulgated Government Procurement Law of the People＇s Republic of China and American government procurement legal system,and puts forward some legal advice on further improving our government procurement legal system.
