摘要 采用面向对象的编程语言VB为开发工具,以铁道车辆弹簧设计理论为依据,设计开发了铁路货车变刚度弹簧组计算机辅助设计系统,设计系统将车辆弹簧从传统单一的静强度设计提高到静强度和疲劳强度并行设计的层面,对弹簧的疲劳寿命进行估算,并根据不同要求设计开发基于2种方法的疲劳试验方案.采用计算机程序化的设计系统,提高了设计计算效率和设计质量. Using object-oriented programming language VB as development tool,and based on the design theory of railway vehicle spring,the CAD system of railway freight car alter-rigidity spring asembly is designed and developed.The system improves the railway freight car spring design from the tradition based on single static strength to the static strength and fatigue strength united level,estimating the spring fatigue life,and designing fatigue test programs based on two methods according to the different requirements. The computer program design system is used to improve the design efficiency and quality greatly.
