摘要 研制的计算机实时成象及图象处理系统集实时积分降噪处理与微机图象处理于一体,图象格式为512×512×8bit,积分速率为每秒8.3幅,可连续处理256幅图象。对钢、铝合金及其焊缝的实验表明,线型家质计指数平均提高1~2。25~110mm厚度铝合金的检测灵敏度可优于1%;本文讨论了实验条件及散射线对成象的影响。 Computed X-ray real-time imaging and image processing system has been developed. Pixel ma-trix is 512X512X8bit. The rate of integration is 8. 3 or 25 frames per second. Up to 256 frames integration can be done. The resolvable wire number of wire image quality indicator (IQI) for steel and aluminum alloy and their welded seams will be increased 1 to 2 number. The inspection sensitivity of the system for aluminum alloy with thicknesses from 25mm to 110mm is better than 1%. The influences of test condition and ray scattering on im-age quality are also discussed.
