摘要
青光眼术后白内障３７眼，做小切口超声乳化吸出晶体核与皮质，囊袋内植入ＩＯＬ。随访３—２４月。全部病例术后视力均较术前提高，７３％病例Ｃ／Ｄ＝０．９。术后视力达０．３—０．４者占５５％，０．５以上者占１８％。结果表明，这类白内障用超声乳化，大大提高了手术效果，随着手术医生对超声乳化技术的提高，患眼术后的反应越来越轻，手术效果是非常惊人的。
37 eyes with cataract after glaucoma surgery lens malerial were removed in small incision by endocapsular phacoemulsi fication and IOL implanted into capsularbag.Follow up 3-24 months,the visual acuity of all the eyes were improved after surgery.Although 73% eyes with C/D=0 9.the acuity of 55% eyes increased to 0 3-0 4,and 18% to>0 5. The results reveal that this type of cataract treated by phacoemulsification brings forth prosperous curative effects.As the surgeons become more and more familiar with this technique,the post operative reaction could be reduced and the theraputic effect are tremendous.
