摘要
目的:评价白内障超声乳化、小梁切除联合手术和分期手术3种不同术式的临床疗效。方法:以3种不同的术式对68例青光眼合并白内障患者实施手术。A组,巩膜隧道切口行超声乳化,隧道下小梁切除。B组,透明角膜切口行超声乳化,其它部位行小梁切除。C组,分期行小梁切除和超声乳化。比较3组术后眼压、视力、滤过泡通畅及并发症情况。结果:术后3组眼压分别降低(9.32±2.11)mmHg、(10.35±2.33)mmHg、(10.34±2.65)mmHg较术前眼压差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。3组间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:3种术式在控制眼压恢复视力方面作用基本相同,要根据眼压结合角膜、前房情况选择术式,尽量减少并发症的发生,达到复明增视的目的。
Objective ： To compare the clinical effects of three kinds of surgery for treatment of glaucoma with cataract. Methods： Three approaches were performed on 68 eyes with glaucoma and cataract. Intraocular pressure（IOP） control, the visual acuity improvement, filtering bleb and complications between three approaches were compared. Results： The postoperative IOP of three groups were （9.32 ±2. 11 ） mmHg, （ 10.35 ±2.33 ） mmHg, （ 10.34 ±2. 65 ） mmHg lower than those before surgery （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference between the three groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion ： The effects are similar between the three approaches. The approaches will be selected according with IOP, cornea and anterior chamber.
