摘要
运用访谈法和社会调查法,对体育教师人文素质进行了理论探讨,分析了中小学体育教师人文素质的结构,提出了人文素质应当包含的五个因子,即文化因子、心理因子、道德因子、审美因子和精神因子。在此基础上,分析了中小学体育教师人文素质的现状、优势与不足,指出了中小学体育教师人文素质继续教育的必要性。
The humanistic quality of the P.E. teachers were discussed theoretically by using the methods of interview and social investigation,the humanistic quality structure of P.E. teachers in primary and middle schools was analyzed to put forth 5 factors: intelligence, mentality, moral, taste and spirit, that humanistic quality should include. Moreover, the status quo, advantages and disadvantages of humanistic quality of the P.E. teachers were analyzed to point out the necessity that P.E. teachers must have further humanistic quality education.
