摘要
通过文献资料法、实践经验总结法等方法,对新课程标准下体育教师的角色转换、创新型体育教师的特征等进行了论述,同时提出了新课程标准下创新型体育教师的培养途径。
Through using the method of literature review and summing up the experience of the practice, this paper discusses physical education teachers in the role of the conversion and features of innovative physical education teachers of new curriculum standards. At the same time, a new curriculum standard for physical education teachers under the innovative ways of training is put forward.
