摘要
以随机、对照原则在24例ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级择期颅脑外科手术病人观察了术前口服可乐定5mg／kg对异氛醚控制性降压作用的影响．结果两组MAP下降30％，可乐定组诱导降压及维持降压所需平均呼气末异氟醚浓度（1．78±0．34％和1．54±0．31％）明显低于对照组（2．53±0．30％和2.31±0.29％）（P＜0.01）可乐定组围术期心率低于对照组（P＜0.05）；降压期间血糖浓度和血乳酸浓度均明显低于对照组（P＜0．05）．提示，术前口服可乐定对协助异氟醚控制性降压有益．
This randomized, controlled study was carrbo out in 24 ASA grade I or adult patientsundergcing elective neuroourgery to investisate the effects of single - dose clonidine iremedication(5ug/Kg, PO. ) on controhed hypotension indueed by isoflurane. The results showed that patients inclonkiine group needed an end-tidal isoflurane concentration of 1. 78% to induce hypotension (MAPdiminished by 30% ) as against 2. 53% in the control group (p <0.01 ), while a mean concentrationof 1. 54% isoflurane was required to maintain hypotension in the clonidine to maintain hypotension inthe clonidine group, compared with 2. 31 % in the control group (p <0. 01 ) ; The HR during operation period in the clonidine group was significantly decreased as against that in the control group (p, 0.01 ) ; The blood levels of glucose and lactate in the clonidine group were lower than that in the controlgroup. (p<0. 05). It suggested that premedication with clonidine may be helpfu1 to the controlledhypotension induced by isonurane.
