摘要
KP-800X型床单位消毒器以臭氧为杀菌因子,采用载体定量杀菌试验和仪器分析方法对其杀菌效果及其它消毒相关性能进行了观察。结果。该床单位消毒器在室温下。启动运行45min,床单位内臭氧浓度为76.4mg/m^3-1522.3mg/m^3;停机后自然静置解析145min,床单位内臭氧浓度逐渐降至≤0.2mg/m^3;从消毒开始至结束,距床罩周围1cm处空气中臭氧浓度〈0.2mg/m^3。床单位消毒器启动消毒45min、静置自然解析145min,对床单位内载体上大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和白色念珠菌的杀灭对数值均〉3.00。现场消毒作用相同时间,对被褥表面上自然菌杀灭对数值均〉1.00。结论,该床单位消毒器可使密封的床单位内产生较高浓度的臭氧,杀菌效果较好,臭氧泄漏在安全范围之内。
KP- 800X -type bed unit disinfector uses ozone as germicidal agent. Carrier quantitative germicidal test and instrumental analysis method were used to observe its germicidal efficacy and other disinfection - related properties. Results: After operation of the bed unit disinfector for 45 min at room temperature, the ozone concentration in the disinfector was 77.1 mg/m^3 - 1627.5 mg/m^3. After stationary stay for 145 min after cease of operation, the ozone concentration in the disinfector decreased gradually to ≤0.2 mg/m^3. From begining to completion of disinfection, the ozone concentration in air in the environment 1 cm around the wrap eontaining bedding in the disinfector was 〈 0. 2 mg/m^3. Operation of the disinlector for 45 min and stationary stay for 145 min killed the Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Canclida albicans on carriers by a logarithm of 〉 3.00 in. the disinfector. Disinfection for same period of time in field trial killed the natural bacteria on surface of bedding by a logarithm of 〉 1.00. Conclusions : The bed unit disinfector can produce high concentration of ozone in sealed bed unit and has good germicidal efficacy. Its ozone leakage is within the safe limits.
