摘要
根据我国海商法和国际公约的规定，并参照相关案例．系统地论证了关于火灾免责的法律问题，并提出了具体的建议．
Following the provisions of the Chinese Maritime code and combining with that of International conventions, the legal questions about exception of fire have been demonstrated systematically in this paper and some particular suggestions have been put forward.
