轻中度晚发型Alzheimer病患者行为和精神症状的调查 被引量：4

摘要 目的了解散发性晚发型阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer disease,LOAD)的行为和精神症状及其相关因素。方法用相关量表对经诊断的LOAD病人行为和精神症状作详细调查,并对各种行为和精神症状进行分析讨论。结果57.0%的LOAD病人有行为和精神症状,其中行为障碍出现率为42.2%,妄想为33.3%,焦虑为34.62%,抑郁为26.7%,幻觉为17.8%。行为和精神症状出现率与性别、教育程度、病前工作种类及痴呆程度无关。结论LOAD病人的行为和精神症状较为常见,对其细致的观察有利于尽早诊断,及时监护及采取针对性的治疗。
