健康教育对哮喘患儿自我管理和发病的干预及影响探讨 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨健康教育对支气管哮喘患儿的自我管理以及预后影响。方法:对我院收治的哮喘患儿中随机抽取98例作为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组及对照组,实验组患儿进行健康教育,对照组患者采用常规护理,在接受健康教育后对患儿采用相关量表对其教育情况进行评价,并对患儿病情改善情况进行比较。结果:实验组患儿在接受治疗后,对健康教育相关内容的掌握程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);对两组患儿的接受健康教育后患儿病情改善情况进行比较,实验组患儿疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对哮喘患儿进行健康教育,可明显改善患儿预后,提高患儿的生存质量。 Objective: To investigate the disease intervention and influence of health education in self management asthma children.Method: 98 asthma children were randomly selected in our hospital,All patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group with health education,and the control group with conventional care,evaluatd each groups education condition with related scale after health education,and compared the patient's condition improvement between two groups.Result: After treatment,the experimental group's health education related content master degree was significantly higher than control group(P0.05);Compared the improvement situation of two groups after health education shows,the experimental group's curative effect was higher than control group(P0.05).Conclusion: Health education for asthma children can significantly improve the prognosis,improve children's quality of life.
