阿尔茨海默病和血管性痴呆患者精神行为症状的特点 被引量：14

摘要 老年期痴呆患者中最常见的痴呆类型是阿尔茨海默病（AD）和血管性痴呆（VaD）。以往人们注重认知方面的研究，而对痴呆患者所伴有的幻觉、妄想及行为问题则不甚重视。AD病理评分表（BEHAVE—AD）已被国际上广泛采用，可有效地评定痴呆患者精神和行为症状。我们应用BEHAVE—AD量表，对我院近年连续收治的AD和VaD患者的精神和行为症状特点及相关因素进行分析。
