Objective To investigate the change of intracranial pressure(ICP)level and prognosis in patients with severe head injure and naloxone's effect. Methods Eighty - two patients with severe head injure( GCS 〈 8 ) were divided into control group(n = 40)and treatment group( n = 42).The patients in treatment group were given naloxone in addition to the common treament received by those in control group. ICP were monitord. Results ICP in treatment group were obviously lower than that in control group. Prognosis of the treatment group were much better. ConclusionNaloxone can improve the prognosis of severe head injure.
