摘要
RAPD是一项基于PCR技术的DNA分子水平上的多态性检测技术,该项技术的应用和诸多优点极大地促进了植物分类学的发展.文中简述了近年来RAPD技术在品种鉴定、种属亲缘关系探讨、传统分类地位的验证、新分类理论依据的提出以及构建遗传图谱等被子植物分类领域的应用和取得的进展.
RAPD is a polymorphic measuring technology on the basis of PCR at the molecular level. The application and many advantages of this technology promote to the development of the classification of Angiosperm. The application and advancement of RAPD to identify species, reveal genetic relationship of species and genus, valitate the traditional taxonomical posilion, propose new theory and build genetic atlas in the classification field of Angiosperm were reported in this paper.
