摘要
目的调查长春地区医院环境中真菌的种类、数量及分布情况,为院内外源性真菌感染及真菌毒素性疾病的防治提供有用的参考资料。方法用曝皿法采集医院及周边环境中的真菌菌株,通过菌落形态及镜下结构特点进行鉴定。结果①神经外科、儿科、妇产科、心内科、血液肿瘤科及内分泌科真菌分布较多。②分离菌株中各种属所占比例为青霉属22.4%、拟青霉属15.9%、链格孢霉14.0%、毛霉属12.9%、念珠菌属9.8%、曲霉属4.0%、镰刀菌属1.8%及其他19.2%。结论医院环境中青霉属、拟青霉属、链格孢霉、毛霉属、念珠菌属、曲霉属、镰刀菌属的数量及分布较多,而这些真菌既可以作为条件致病菌引起院内感染,也可以产生真菌毒素引起人类疾病。因此,调查环境中真菌的分布情况,降低真菌含量,有利于真菌性疾病的预防和控制。
Objective We investigated the species, amount and disposition of fungi in nosocomial environment of Changchun area, which is very important to the prevention and cure of nosocomial exogenous fungous infection and mycotoxin diseases. Method We collected species by expositing plates in nosocomial environment, then identified the species of fungi by observing the colonies and the structures under microscope. Result ① There are more species of fungi distribution in the department of neurosurgery, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, hematology and endocrinology. ② In the isolated species, the percentage is Penicillium 22.4%, Paecilomyces 15.9%, Alternaria alternate 14.0%, Mucor 12.9%, Candida 9.8%, Aspergillu 4.0%, Fusarium 1.8% and others 19.2%. Conclusion The amount and distribution of Penicillium, Paceilomyces, Alternaria alternate, Mucor, Candida are more in nosocomial environment, while many of them may cause fungous infection as conditioned pathogen and also produce myeotoxin which may cause human diseases. So investigating the disposition of fungi in environment, reducing the amount of fungi will be advantageous to prevent and control the mycosis.
