摘要
建设社会主义新农村的宏伟目标既给山东农村水利建设提出了新课题,也为农村水利的改革与发展提供了广阔舞台。山东省2001年起组织开展的以“二十一世纪初期农村水利发展战略研究”为题的大型科研工作,得出的基本结论是:走现代新型农村水利的路子,其内涵符合建设社会主义新农村的目标和方向,其理念满足建设社会主义新农村对水利支撑保障作用的更高要求,其理论与建设社会主义新农村对水资源优化配置的内在要求相吻合。
The realization of development modern rural areas goals proposes new tasks for water project construction and provides a wider platform for reform of rural water development in Shandong Province. Since ：2001 a large-scale research and development project titled ＂Development Strategy Study for Rural Water Development in the Early 21st Century＂ has been organized. The main conclusion includes： We should insist on modernization of rural water development, which could accord with the target and direction of constructing mordern rural areas, and be satified with the demand of water development, and meet the inherent target of optimized allocation of water resources.
