摘要
本文以可变模糊集理论为基础,建立了一种新的流域水资源可再生能力评价模型———模糊可变集合模型,详细介绍了该模型的计算步骤,应用该模型对黄河流域9个行政分区的水资源可再生能力进行了综合评价,并与其他评价方法的评价结果进行了比较。结果表明,本文建立的模型更合理且计算简单,可靠性、实用性强,适用于多种综合评价问题。
Based on variable set theory, a fuzzy set model for assessing the water resources reproducible ability is proposed and the procedure for calculation is presented in detail. The model is applied to assess the water resources reproducible ability of 9 regions in Yellow River basin and the result is compared with other methods. The comparison shows that the method is more reasonable and its calculation is very simple. It also can be used in various assessment problems.
