论述浙江农村水利现代化保障措施的外部要求和内在要求,根据浙江农村水利现代化建设近期推进目标,从法律和制度、资金运营、组织管理、科技和人才等方面研究浙江农村水利现代化保障措施。
The external and internal requirements of guarantee measures of modernization of Zhejiang's rural water resources are analyzed.According to the nearterm object,guarantee measures for modernization of Zhejiang's rural water resources are studied based on laws and institutions,fund operation,organization management,science and technology and qualified personnel.
