摘要 CRP是一种经典的急性时相反应蛋白,为亚临床系统感染的一个敏感性指标。近年,提出了DM是一种低度炎症性疾病的学说。目前,一些研究提示:CRP可能不但在2型DM及其大血管病变的发生发展中有一定的意义,还直接参与了代谢综合征的发生发展。对2型DM及其大血管病变的预后预测及临床治疗的评估有一定的价值。 C-reactive protein(CRP) is an acute phase protein,which can be used as a sensitive index for subclinical inflammatory disease. In recent years, the theory that diabetes mellitus( DM ) is a low-grade inflammatory disease has been bring for ward. investigations over the last decade have shown that CRP not only plays a role in the initiation and progression of type 2 DM and its macrovascular complications but also is associated with the initiation and progression of metabolic syndrome. CRP can provide valuable information in the prognostic prediction and assessment of clinical treatment of type 2 DM and its macrovascular complications.
