基于知识协同进化的竞争力及其对中小企业的启示 被引量：2

摘要 本文将企业知识进化过程深入分析,诠释了企业动态能力及其形成过程,明确指出企业竞争优势源于企业的知识,企业可持续竞争力则来自知识协同进化所产生的企业动态竞争力。这一创新观点剥离了企业竞争优势根源的外围因素,对中小企业如何面对知识环境,在较低的起点上实现持续、快速的成长具有特别的意义。
