摘要
土地经营规模问题,在我国是一个十分严峻、不可回避的问题。我们应从建设现代农业长远战略的高度来认识土地经营规模问题,用历史的眼光来观察土地经营规模的演变规律,以科学的态度去借鉴已实现农业现代化国家的经验,以求实的精神从国情出发选择我国逐步扩大农户土地经营规模的战略途径和政策导向,把握住当前最有利的起步时机,引导农地从分散趋势向集中趋势转变,通过逐步扩大农户土地经营规模,为现代农业技术的应用和农业社会化、专业化的发展不断扩展空间,进而逐步实现农业生产方式的机械化、科学化,提高农业生产率和商品率,并沿着这一路径,增加农业收入,逐步实现小康农村和农业现代化的目标。
It ＇ s a strategic idea to expand the scale of land by drawing lessons from other modem countries and abide by the reality of China. We must grasp the favorable opportunity to guide the farmers from scattering around to integration, so as to pave the way for social and specialized agriculture development.
