摘要
土地的零星分散、私人所有、小规模家庭经营也许是日本农业给我们留下的最为深刻的印象。尽管这一情况尚未发生根本性的变化，但随着农村人口高龄化、农业的兼业化及副业化、专业农业接班人短缺、耕地弃耕等问题的日益严峻，同时，也随着人们对农业多样化作用的新认识，日本农地的经营规模正在逐渐扩大，正由零星所有、分散经营向零星所有、大经营的方向发展。同时，农业生产组织形成式法人化。
Agriculture in Japan has deeply impressed us with its scattering pieces of farmland,private ownership and small-scale family management.This situation has not yet undergone fundamental changes.However,the aging rural population,increasing combined or sideline occupations for the agricultural population,lack of specialized agricultural personnel and giving up of farmland,conbimed with new awareness of the multiple functions of agriculture,the scale of management of the farmland in Japan is expanding,with its small size owners hip and management changing to small size ownership but large scale management.And the organization form of agricultural popualtion is becoming incorporated.
