摘要
利用1992～2001年间西部FDI与GDP、进出口总额T的时间序列资料,描绘了外商直接投资与西部经济增长、对外贸易的基本运行态势,对FDI与经济增长、对外贸易的关系作了相关分析和回归分析,并实际测算了FDI对西部经济增长、对外贸易的贡献。认为,西部由于基础设施较差、人力资本存量小和投资软环境障碍等因素使得FDI在西部的份额少,对西部经济增长、对外贸易所作出的贡献是不显著的。
With the chronological series information of FDI,GDP and gross import and export T,this paper describes the basic development situation of foreign investment,economic increase and foreign trade in the westem part of China, analyzes the relationship between FDI,economic increase and foreign trade,and measures the contribution of FDI to the economic increase and foreign trade in the west part of China.It is concluded that the share of FDI in the west part of China is small and its contribution to the westem economic increase and foreign trade is not obvious as a result of poor infrastructure,small human capital stock and poor investment environment in the western part of China.
