在微波频率下测量高损耗材料的复介电系数和复磁导率 被引量:1

Measuring Permittivity and Permeability of Absorptive Materials at Microwave Frequencies

摘要 本文用一般的微波元器件构成平衡电桥干涉系统,测量含样品传输线段的散射参数S_(11)和S_(21)的模和幅角,计算出材料的复介电系数和复磁导率。该方法可用3~40GHz的波导系统和较低频率下的同轴系统来实现,适用于微波吸收材料的测量。 A microwave measurement system which consists of general waveguide components to determine the complex permittivity and permeability of solid materials with a relatively high loss is reported. The usable frequency range is 3 to 40 GHz for waveguide system. An X-band waveguide system is taken for example. Some different materials, teflon, ferrite carbon black, ca-rbonyl iron were measured and the results agree well with those uaing other techniques.
