Measuring Methods of the Intrinsic Properties of Radar Absorber Materials

摘要 本文对微波吸收材料的复介电系数和复磁导率的测量方法进行综述和分类。接着对平衡电桥-干涉法、微波矢量网络分析仪法、双六端口技木、多入射角透射测量、时域法和用噪声源的相关法等近15~20年发展起来的新测量技木进行扼要的原理性论述。最后给出用平衡电桥-干涉法在x和K_a频段某些吸波材料的测量数据及误差估计。 This review covers 15~20 years of development in the techniques used to measure both complex permittivity and permeability of radar absorber materials at wide microwave frequency range. The approaches described include balance waveguide bridge-interferometer systems, time-and frequency-domain automatic network analyzers, dual six-port network analyzers, multiple angle of incidence measurement technique and correlation measurements ystems using white nois esources. Measuring results on some absoptive materials at X and Ka band using balance bridge-interferometer systems are given.
