摘要
介绍了一种高效使用SDRAM的方法———切换BANK存取操作,并提出了一种基于FPGA的SDRAM控制器的设计方法,不仅支持对SDRAM进行普通的存取操作,而且还支持切换BANK存取操作。通过使用切换BANK存取操作,大大提高了SDRAM的使用效率,增大了数据吞吐量。
This paper introduces a high efficiency method to use the SDRAM and presents a design method based on FPGA that concerns the SDRAM's controller on which it will conveniently operates the SDRAM by altemating Bank accesses. By using the method, it improves the efficiency of the SDRAM highly, and increases the data throughput effectively.
