摘要
目的:探讨胶质瘤中整合素β1及Ki67的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化方法检测45例胶质瘤、5例正常脑组织中整合素β1及Ki67的表达。结果:在Ⅰ、Ⅱ级及Ⅲ、Ⅳ级胶质瘤中,整合素β1的阳性表达率分别为42.11%(8/19)及73.08%(19/26),χ2=4.388,P=0.036;Ki67标记指数分别为(7.06±4.17)%及(13.45±8.69)%,t=3.269,P=0.002,其差异均有统计学意义;且整合素β1的表达与Ki67标记指数具有正相关关系,r=0.71,P=0.000。结论:整合素β1参与胶质瘤的增殖调控,随着整合素β1表达的增高,肿瘤细胞的增殖活性升高,恶性程度增加,并与胶质瘤的侵袭性有关。
Objectives:To investigate the expression of integrinβ1 in gliomas and its biological significance. Methods: Immunohistochemical ashy was used to determine the expression of integrin β1 and Ki-67 nuclear antigen of 45 cases of gliomas and 5 cases of normal brain tissues.
