胶质瘤中整合素β_1的表达与侵袭性的相关研究

摘要 目的探讨整合素β1在胶质瘤细胞侵袭过程中的作用。方法用免疫组化方法检测45例胶质瘤、5例正常组织中整合素β1及Ki67的表达。结果整合素β1在WHOⅠ、Ⅱ级及WHOⅢ、Ⅳ级胶质瘤中的免疫组化阳性率分别为42.11%及73.08%,有明显差异(P<0.05);整合素β1的表达与Ki67标记指数具有正相关关系。结论整合素β1参与胶质瘤的侵袭生长过程,随着整合素β1表达的增高,肿瘤细胞的恶性程度增加、侵袭性增强。 Objective To explore the effects of integrinβ1 on mechanism of invasion of gliomas cell line. Methods Immunohistochemical assay was used to determine the expression of integrinβ1 and Ki-67 nu- clear antigen in gliomas (45cases) , normal brain tissues (5 cases). Results The positive expression rates of integrinβ1 in gliomas of grade Ⅰ.Ⅱ and grade Ⅲ. Ⅳ were 42. 11%, 73.08 %, respectively. It was statistical significance (P〈0. 05). Moreover, the positive correlation exists between the expression of integrinβ1 and Ki-67 labeling index. Conclusion Integrin β1 participates the process of invasive growth of gliomas. The malignance and invasion of gliomas correlates to increased expression of integrinβ1.
