摘要
本文在恒温固定床吸附柱中,分别装填不同型号、粒径的大孔磺酸树脂(吸附剂),在氮气、C4(气相)、C4(液相)三种不同的介质中,对甲醇的动态吸附特性进行考察.采用色谱扰动-应答技术,对得到的吸附柱脉冲应答曲线,按矩量分析法进行处理,取得了与工业操作相类似的条件下,甲醇在上述各种情况下的吸附平衡常数和吸附速度常数.结果表明该类树脂(吸附剂)。
The pulse response curve of adsorbate MeOH in various fluid phase (N 2、 C 4fraction in gas phase and C 4fraction in liquid phase) on resin sulphonated with a fixed bed is determined. The adsorption equilibrium constant K a and adsorption rate constant k a for these adsorption systems at 25℃ are obtained by the method of moments. The dynamic adsorption characteristic of the resin sulphonated for the MeOH in N 2and C 4fraction (gas phase) are about the same, and the experimental results show that adsorption of resin sulphonated for the MeOH in C 4liquid fluid is easily more than C 4gas fluid.
