摘要
采用空间矩方法结合级数展开求解多组分可逆反应色谱过程数学模型,得到了浓度峰空间分布 的近似解析解,根据所得结果考察了反应色谱峰的运动特征并讨论了吸附与反应对过程的影响。
A general reactive chromatography model including adsorption, diffusion and reversible reactions was solved by means of moment anlysis and Gram-Charlier expansion. The number of spatial moment equations was reduced according to the singularity of the reaction matrix. The analytical expresses for 0-4th moments were obtained by use of Sylvester's theorem. The concentration profiles were constructed by Hermite polynomial. The results showed that the reactive chromatographic peaks tend to separate at small time, and tend to merge together at large time. The more adsorptive peaks will be more steep, and the peaks with decrease steepness will arrange successively along the motion path.
