摘要
果蔬采收后经生物诱导剂浸涂处理,结果表明:西红柿中番茄红素额外增加45%,柑桔中番茄红素额外积累成倍增加。理论上推测番茄红素的额外积累是抑制类胡萝卜素环化酶的结果。
The color of fruits and vegetables is enhanced by applying an inducer which has the ability to cause the accumula-tion of lycopene in the tissues of the treated produce.
